DELTAQUAD / ASSIGNMENT SCOPE
An integrated performance management framework across Finance, Sales, Operations, R&D and PMO. The assignment connects KPIs, forecasting, consolidation and a common information base to support management in steering the organisation.

Developed and rolled out a Power BI dashboard landscape. Received recommendations describe broad adoption, a shared information base and significant time savings.
